Shipping Refusals/Missed Freight:
If you miss your freight delivery appointment there is $100 redelivery Fee
If your freight/small package delivery is returned to us because you did not schedule your delivery appointment, on vacation, or any other reason you will be responsible for the actual freight shipping charges and return freight charges.
Inside delivery/white glove pricing at checkout
The price paid at checkout is an average estimate of what the service normally costs. If you live in a rural area, have an extreme flight of stairs, delicate flooring, tight hallways, extremely long driveway, need for us to move equipment over grass, rocks, etc. are all reasons to charge extra where extra care may be needed to take. There is no one-size-fits-all when it comes to pricing white glove delivery. Therefore we may ask you for pictures or video of the delivery situation to price this accordingly. We reserve the right to cancel and refund this inside delivery/white glove delivery service and charge for any reason.
If extra charges or cancellation are necessary, you will be notified and approval will be required from you, the customer to proceed.
Returns Policy
Used Products have a 90 day warranty for commercial customers and 1 year for Residential customers we do not accept returns of used, refurbished or restored goods that are working on arrival.
You may return most new, unopened items within 90 days of delivery for a full refund. Just Ship the item Back to Universal Pinballs, our address is located on our contact us page
You should expect to receive your refund within 1 week of us receiving your return however your bank or credit card provider will not return the funds to you for 3-10 days.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item. If you decide to return an item you will need to package the item so it does not get damaged in return shipping. All damaged returns will be refused delivery. You (customer) will be responsible for packaging, shipping of the items’s returned unless otherwise arranged with Universal Pinballs.
